Work with designers in the creation of concept pitch decks, brainstorms and wrapping of projects including on-air, print, digital, and social designs. Partner with outside creative studios.

Implemented new workflows and project distribution for motion graphics, credits and unsupervised evening edit sessions. This included project tools, training & developed guidelines. Created and maintained network post plans, build/track operations list actualizing pertinent production information.
Managed the overall creative development and productions of the wholesale sell book featuring all North American product lines including Core, Innovation and Seasonal packaging projects.
